Meeting Minutes –12/5/15
Rutland Heights Property – Top of the Hill
Meeting opened at 10:00AM. Attending: Mike Sullivan, Doug Briggs, Tom Dufault, Mark O’Clair, Michele Van Reet
Visitors: Mr. Dick Williams, Mr. Thomas Ruchala, Margaret Nartowitz (Town Administrator), Gary Kelleher (DPW), several guests from the community
- Purpose of the site visit:
- Site walk to see work that Dick Williams has completed to clear the trails around the perimeter of the property. Tom Ruchala shared his old maps of the property (1930s) to show what the property looked like with the hospital to show the original property. Mr. Sullivan wanted to publicly thank Dick Williams for the hours of work he put into clearing and maintaining the property.
- Show the site where the proposed development will occur (lot 1).
- Next meeting: Thursday, 12/10/2016 at 6:30AM at Community Hall Annex.
- Briggs motioned to adjourn. Van Reet seconded. Unanimously adjourned at 11:24 AM.
